Worth a visit when in the East End of Ottawa
The Den is the last of the Ottawa clubs I visited recently. Went mid week after 10PM. The club is easy to find and has a large parking lot. The club shares a building with Obsessions, a swinger club. Not sure if it's still operating as it seems quiet but it's sign is on.
Cover charge is $9 on weekdays and $12 on Friday-Saturday. The Den is a large club, 2 stories high. I'd guess the building was originally a warehouse in it's former life. When you enter their are a couple of pool tables to the right. Across the club are stairs to a rarely used upper bar and further up more VIP rooms. To your left entering is the main raised stage, and the main bar at the far end. Behind the bar are bathrooms and the main floor VIP room is across from the bar. Water & soft drinks was $8, beer $12.
About a dozen customers spread out in the club. Only 8 dancers working though. In my last few visits I've noticed less and less dancers. A few years ago usually had 12-15 working most nights. Typical mix of girls for the area, mostly white & 3 AA. All were attractive and had decent bodies. I'd say all were in their 20's .
Stage shows at this club are very good. Dancers do 2 dances, getting topless, take a one song break, and come back for song 3 and get naked. All the dancers were good of the poles and moved around pretty well.
With only a few girls working it was hard to find one to chat with. Eventually a couple started to make the rounds. The first girl I talked to was from across the river in Quebec, 25, blonde, blue eyed, short, and stacked. Unfortunately man made boobs. Not really my type so she moved on. The next girl was early 20's, spinner, dark hair, and girl next door cute. After a short convo we made our way to the main floor VIP.
Dances are $20 in the VIP. The room is pretty dark but wide open with couches lining the room. We found a spot at the back and started. She was an ok dancer but no grind and seemed to stand just far enough away to avoid much contact. Top came off after the first but the bottom stayed on so I cut my loses after 3 dances. Disappointing, air dances are rare in Canadian clubs.
Managed to get a third girl and went for dances. This one was a red head, fairly tall, with pale skin. Very nice body, very curvy. Said she was 29. I asked if we could go up to VIP's on the second level. She had no problem doing this so off we went. The VIP up here over looks the main floor and is usually empty. Her name was Candy Cane or maybe she was joking but she did a much better dance than my first girl. Good contact, touch anywhere but the p*****. Top came off during first song and bottoms during song two. She hopped up on the couch during the 4th song and stood over me providing a pretty good close up of the *****.
Overall an ok visit. The last dancer salvaged the visit. Worth a stop when in the area.
