No longer a strip club

Was having dinner Newark ferry street, and decided to check this place out afterwards around 9 pm or so on a Thursday. Read some good things about this place, however when I got tbere was completely disappointed. Entered the place, and at first glance it was fairly busy. Took a seat at the bar. Was about to order a beer to settle in, and then I looked around...

There were no strippers. All the girls in the place were dressed. And then a chick sitting next to me comes over, and tells me they are no longer a strip club, and this is just a “regular” bar at this point in time. She tells me they are going to reopen as a strip club at some point in February. She sounded like she could have been a former stripper there before.

And then she proceeds to ask me if I will buy her a drink. Lol. I tell her no, and got up to leave. She sounded disappointed and asked me why was I leaving..ugh, prob because If I drove to Newark and went to a go-go bar, I probably did so to see some titties? Lol. Not sure what is up with this place, she said they are going to be a strip club again in Feb. Not sure if I believe her, but regardless I prob will never come here again (im not in Newark often enough anyways).
