Convienient to Northern VA/Pentagon City Area..

For those who want something basic near the Pentagon City/Crystal City (Northern Virginia) area, the Crystal City Restaurant is there to oblige. It's a fairly small club that's sandwiched in-between a restaurant, a store, right next to a Kabob place and a gas station. Parking is limited but you can sometimes find metered street parking nearby.

On the plus side, it's a fairly low key club with both an indoor smoking section and a non-smoking section. Their drink and food prices and options are also not unreasonable. However, like much of the DC SC scene, this is strictly a no-touch experience. There's only 2 stages, and the dancers will cycle around after their set, stopping at each table to ask for tips. They may put their hand on your shoulder while stopping by to ask for a tip, but that's pretty much the extent of any physical contact you'll get. If you're looking for more "physical interaction", you'll need to look elsewhere (e.g. Springfield, VA or Maryland) for options elsewhere.

The neighborhood is overall safe for the most part, but the high density of businesses packed together, high traffic, proximity of a nearby gas station and a nearby pawn shop result in an interesting "melange" of nearby commercial neighbors. However, there are also a number of good restaurants nearby within walking distance - including an amazing kabob place on the corner.
