Better than first impression.
I went in with a friend fairly early. It was probably between 7:00 and 8:00. It seemed more run down and smaller than every other club I had been to, but the door staff was friendly. $10 cover. There was no alcohol sold or admitted but they sold water, bottled soft drinks, red bulls, and NA beer. I order an NA and was charged $3. It appeared that we were the first ones in and there only appeared to be 3 black dancers working. They were very friendly and chatty and soon discovered that there were 6 or 7 of mixed race working. Each took a turn on stage for three quick songs. I found my favorite and decided to do the 15 min for $100 when she came off stage. Before she came from dressing room, we watched all the dancers do their 3 songs and start over. There were a few apparent regulars who arrived here and there but only a couple sat at the stage so we got a lot of attention from each stage dancer and we tended to tip $8 - $12 singles to each one during their shift. Finally, my fav came out to get me. A lack of rooms caused us to have to wait a few minutes, but when a VIP room (small couch with curtain door) opened up, I got my 15 minute dance. It was a nice, no extras dance, but was very good. I have certainly spent more for a lesser experience.
There was a single toilet gender shared bathroom which was like nothing I have seen in a club before.
It seemed like the strip club equivalent of a mom and pop single garage tire shop, but the dancers were as friendly and varied as I have experienced. They didn't try to soak you on the cover or the drinks. It was a decent time.
