Place On The Rise
I haven't been in this club in about two years. I didn't love their approach to pricing, where the only way to get actual dances was to do a 5-for-$100. I was in town a couple days before thanksgiving and was on the CLE east side, so decided to give the place a check-out after a long time away. I am glad that I did.
I walked in without paying a cover. Not sure if that is the new normal, or if the front just happened to be unattended when I walked in (around 10pm). Laws of space and time haven't changed in the last two years, so physical footprint of club is largely the same. It is overall a pretty small place: single bar with a total of maybe 15 seats. Single stage with maybe 15 tables around it and a half dozen booths. If you are looking for a club where you can disappear into a big space and avoid people, this is not the place for you.
Drink prices are mid range by CLE SC standards: beer was $7; bourbon $10; macallan 12 was $14.
