On the Decline
So I decided to check out this club to see if it has stayed the same, gotten better or gotten worse since the last time I was here which was several months ago. People that are familiar with Baltimore Street know that it’s better to park in a nearby garage then on the street. There are meters everywhere and they do get enforced. Also when you park on side streets there are all manner of people on those side streets. It could get scary for you if your not local. Most parking is between 5-10 dollars. One change I noticed in this club since the last time I was here was that they charged a cover charge....on a Wednesday day night. Granted it was only $5. But it’s the principle. Second change was that when I walked in before I could even get to a seat, the MALE bartender was hawking me to buy a drink. First off, what the hell is up with male bartenders in a strip club. second off, if I paid a cover, why are you forcing me to buy a drink before I’ve even sat down. I order a jack which was $10. No tip. I don’t tip males in the strip club (personal principle).
To the girls. I’m kind of disappointed that this club has not been able to attract any new talent since the last time I’ve been here. Unfortunately a lot of the clubs on the block are like that. They have the same girls working there for years. If I had to rate the girls in this club I would say from 4-6.5. It’s kind of hard for a club to have no standouts, but this club manages to do it. If you are a person concerned with rules more than quality, you might be pleased. While the bouncers might hassle customers to buy drinks they don’t hassle the girls about touching etc. while on the floor I saw girls get pretty liberal. They also got a back vip section where it looked like the girls were following suit. Not much privacy, but still. If only this club could attract some talent, it might justify they cover charge and the drink.
