Newbie Learns a Lesson
Have never been to this club but I thought it would be good for a change of pace. Noted that club had 2-1 dances and a happy hour between 5-7 PM with $2 domestics. Show up, and valet wants to know if he should park my jalopy in front for $16 or in back for $6. Why would the club want my jalopy out front? In any case by end of my night it turns out to be just to the side but in front. In any case, go in and the place is decked out - this is not a dive bar. Valet had advised how to get to the bar. Good thing as it was dead and it's a pretty long way to see the only employee visible who happens to be the bartender. She's very nice and chatty and was very likeable. Finally, after about 10 times of steering the conversation in the direction of is this how busy it normally is, I finally hear that there may be one dancer changing. She does come out and sits beside me - obviously, what else is she going to do. After 20 min of talk, she takes me on a tour and I agree to some time in the dance room. I have to say, Mahvelous body - I saw a number of comments that this place is low mileage - tend to agree but it was not on this night. I was lucky she showed up as she indicated that she normally doesn't get in until 9-10 PM. Now, I can see why not until 9 or 10 - there is no-one here at happy hour (5-7) - I have to say, one should stay away from this time zone - this place might liven up but as is, it's a bit depressing. I won't hesitate to check it out when it's more busy and more importantly, I'll study other reviews before committing to dropping in again.
