They do hire under 21 however you are only allowed on main stage, one of the minor stages (they got rid of the cages, now it's a stage sunken into the wall that is smaller than a twin size bed) or the dressing room. Day shifts did not have many guys come in and they were mostly other girls' regulars. Management and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful but they are strict on rules as they are corporate owned. If youre a minor you are expected to be dancing 24/7 if you are out on the floor (one of the reasons I eventually left). There is a stage fee but no mandatory tip out. You can backlog but only up to 3 days and you have to pay off before you can come back. When you get hired you are required to "pick" three days each week you come in and you MUST come in to work those days or there is a $50 fine. If you miss 3 days repeat above. If you show up at opening there is no stage fee. Dressing room is nice and open with a lot of mirrors, outlets, and counter space and they have new lockers for the girls. Dances are 20$ topless/40$ nude and a 3 for $100 deal that is nude. VIP is available but I don't remember the price. Rouge does allow two way contact and it was explained to me that breast/ass/thigh touching was allowed at all dance levels. You have to be topless by the end of the first song on your stage set and nude by the second
