It serves its very limited purpose

Hit up Bottoms Up on a Monday night. Its in the sketchy area of Irvington. Parking is located either on the street, which is residential and commercial; or behind the building in a gravel lot (which is where I parked).

I felt safe in the area, but it's all relative. I feel safe walking the streets of Tijuana when I go down there occasionally too, but it's still a sketchy neighborhood.

There were about 7 girls working; average age had to be mid-40's. I got a Corona ($6). Immediately hit up for tips from the dollar parade, even though none of the girls had been dancing and I literally just walked in. There was a guy sitting at the far right of the bar, against the wall that seemed to either be an owner or handler. All the girls would walk over to him after their parade and give him the dollars. He would in turn grap their tits, etc. and then throw the dollars back at the girls that they just handed to him. It was very odd.
