Not before 7 pm

Well a visit to the club and no free parking. There is a lot across the street but full of rubbish and broken glass. though well lit. Out front are meters they say are not monitored but who wants to check that out. There was a bouncer (human anyway) talking to a chick just inside the door but they ignored me so, no cover this afternoon. You walk back and along a hallway past the bathrooms. If you have to do anything mroe than take a leak, think twice, this bathroom is hurting. Ceiling fan is grinding bearings. So into the bar area and there is bar and an elevated dance floor. Top shelf alcohol is 7.75$ so ok I guess. Sat a long time with n o b o d y caring to get out of the back room or get off their phones. There was someone grinding an invisble person in the easily visible VIP area, no idea what that was about. The place reaks of stale cigarettes, you can taste it as soon as you walk in. Girls will circulate looking for a dollar for the jukebox. Finally a girl but NOT my type came buy and chatted for 5-10 minutes until the "would you like to buy a girl a drink"? I went outside and fed the meter, thought twice and left. Now, even when I suggested it could be a great evening, the NFL Thursday football was in town, there was no enthusiasm. There were no dancers that were a wow, maybe a 5 but for the girl (who was two weeks into dancing) who did talk to me. Across the street is a sister bar that many thought was closed, it just opens later now at 8. No energy from the staff, bar maid was 16 years employee but it was just not enthusiastic at all. My recommendation don't go before 7 and end of shift / shift change may make people a bit more attentive.
