One of the few options in south Bay Area

I was down in San Jose for a BBQ, and a couple of the guys wanted to hit up a strip club at the end of the night. Since none of us wanted to drive/Uber an hour up to San Francisco, we hit up Cheetahs in Sunnyvale since there are only 2-3 options in the South Bay. I haven't been to a club in the San Jose area in at least 5 years and this wouldn't have been my first choice but when you don't have any other options you go with whatever is available.

When we got there, I was surprised that the parking lot was pretty full. I had kind of expected the club to be mostly dead on a Sunday night, but I guess the other PL's had similar ideas as my friends and me. The club is located in kind of an industrial area off of Lawrence Expressway. It's not completely deserted though as there's a strip mall right near by and it's not in a seedy area or anything like that. It wasn't too crazy inside though as most of the clients seemed to be like us coming down at the end of the weekend.

We posted up slightly outside the main stage area and would migrate to the stage if there was a girl that seemed interesting. The club is nothing spectacular - a large center stage with some private couches/booths to one side. There were maybe 15-20 girls that I saw during the time we were there. Most were in the 5-7 range and were predominantly Latinas with a couple of Filipinos, Asians, and white girls to round out the lineup. The stage dancing was okay, although nothing too crazy in terms of pole tricks. One thing that I remembered from my previous trip from a few years back that was still in effect was that there were really long breaks between dancers on stage. Maybe because they wanted to stretch out the girls that they had working to make it seem like they had more dancers but it could be a good 3-5 minutes between dancers on stage as they would collect whatever tips the girl got on stage and then get the next girl up. I dislike this tactic since the dead time is just incredibly boring.
