Reveal......okay, whatever.

Like many who have lived in Portland for more than 11 months I am constantly whining about the loss of "cool old Portland" being replaced by shiny new fancy expensive as fuck Portland. Developers are tearing down crummy old buildings and replacing them with glimmering outrageously priced condos, (with no fucking parking). So the easy living town I loved is a thing of the past.

If you have read any of my previous reviews, you will know I also love classic Portland dive strip bars where you could get, ahem..... close to your favorite dancer. But tragically the relentless gentrification phenomena extends to strip clubs. My all time favorite club Jiggles was replaced with Cabelas / Red Robin 3 or so years ago. I was like a man without a home until I discovered the joys of the nasty old BBR.

So when I heard they were shutting down the dingy grimy Boom Boom Room to remodel it into a "gentlemen's club" I just about puked. And then I quickly went in for one last handy from my atf.
