Was in the Baltimore area for a couple of days, and decided to check out a couple of the "non-Block" clubs. Went to the Millstream Inn late afternoon on a Tuesday. It was surprisingly busy, with about 8 dancers, ranging from 7-9, looked like "college girls" but were actually a few years older than that. As has been mentioned, this is a "pastie/bikini" club, but the pastie is a technicality. The dancers were quite interactive with the patrons while on stage, and strolled for tips afterwards, but there appeared to be almost no lapdance hustle. I was there about an hour and a half and only saw 3 people heading to the lap dance area (and the club was fairly crowded with "tippers"). Maybe it is different at night. The club is fairly upscale on the inside, ordinary on the outside. If you are interested in eye candy only, this is a good club. There are better lap dance options (at least clubs with more available dances).
