Best place in area to chill, drink alcohol, and watch hot topless girls. One-way lap dances for $20/song. Overall good to great dances. Occasionally, women pester you for a dance (not a hustle) but depending on customer level they'll quickly move on. I reliably get decent conversation with the girls, provided I give them a $5 just to chill or agree to a lap dance. If you're friendly/funny and not creep/bad, some will chill with you to keep away the guys they don't like. I rate their personalities a 8-10. Their looks are reliably 7-10 with variety (skinny, thick, fit, spinner etc). Something for everyone.

VIP are expensive for 30 minutes of two-way touch (not in bikini areas). The rules are fairly strongly enforced and monitored.
