Gave it one more chance

I was back in Council Bluffs so I thought I would give Lipstix one more try. A couple of older reviews say it can be hit and miss, my last visit was a miss, so was this one.

Monday night around 11:30, about 6 dancers that I saw, maybe 25 in the club. Dancers all hung with the regulars again, just like last time. I walked in, sat at the bar for an hour and a half, no dancers approached or even said hi to me. The one saving grace of this place is the staff, the bartender is very nice, engages her customers, great gal. Too bad the dancers don;t notice new people in the bar. Oh well, the selection wasn't the best, maybe 4 AA gals, all a little thick. Two white girls, one had some extra pounds and one tall skinny girl. I probably would have did a dance with the skinny gal, but she just hung out at the bar and ordered drinks.

As a bar, it's a decent place to just hang out and have a drink, with half naked women dancing in the background. No pressure whatsoever, and the bartender is nice. As a strip club, it could use some improvement. I'll be in Des Moines tomorrow night, I decided to save my money for that.
