As Empty as Could Be

I came in on a Tuesday around 9pm. I was in town on business and couldn’t hang long but wanted I relax a couple hours before going back to the hotel. Guy at the door was nice and said “it will pick up soon” after I paid my 10 bucks cover. The worst part about entering is I couldn’t see into the club before I paid.

Sat down and there was no one on stage. Didn’t even see any girls chatting it up with regulars. Just a. Couple bartenders. Bought a beer special for around 3.50 and waited. 20 minutes and still nothing. About 35 minutes in while I was just in my phone one of the bartenders hopped up on stage and did a joke dance fully clothed while laughing and talking to the other girl at the bar.

After waiting 40 minutes and no one on stage I decided to just leave down 13.50 and nothing but a warm beer to show for it.
