Things sure have changed at the hiliter. It’s been a while since I was there and I’m sad to say the hiliter of the old days appears to be extinct.. Went in on a weekday afternoon and the place was pretty busy, good amount of girls - lots of new girls however I did see Butterfly working her regulars as usual. I saw an old fav and after chatting for a bit we went to the corner spot by the bathroom. First thing she says to me - you can’t touch the tits out here anymore Ill get in trouble if they see it happening. Dance was okay, not much rubbing or tugging at Jr however she did offer me a HJ in VIP which I declined. Overall the vibe was pretty similar to the old days but just not as much fun as it used to be with all the new rules. Hopefully the city will leave them alone and things can go back to the way they were!
