Upgrading and downgrading

Used to be quite a regular here. Even given DC's rules it was a decent place to hang out with friends, have an over priced drink, and see some attractive naked ladies. On the plus side, the girls are friendly even if a lot of them cling to regulars. The waitresses are almost always nice and usually attractive as well. London at the bar is a hot bartender and nice also. In the end, it's a decent place to hang out and even though they keep upgrading the facilities, the cover charge is annoying for what the place is. Makes it less with the visit for sure.
