Better than expected

I usually check out Cabaret two or three times a year, and I’m always disappointed, it’s in a little bit of a sketchy spot, and the dancers have never looked great to me. On this Friday night I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived a little bit after 8, and there was a five buck cover. Sometimes there’s a cover, sometimes there’s no cover but there’s a two drink minimum, sometimes there’s a small cover and a two drink minimum. I never know what to expect.

There is a sign either outside or in the club that says something like “no marijuana on premises”. I’m guessing there has been a drug problem here in the past. The club has stadium seating, there’s three levels of seating, I think it’s pretty cool, I haven’t seen it in any other club. At the bar there’s only three or four seats. There is one main stage and a couple of cages, and a couple of mini stages. I think there were a couple of waitresses and one bartender. There were maybe two or three bouncers that I saw. There is a pretty nice patio they have there.

I was pleasantly surprised with the girls. Quite a few of them in the mid to high seven range. There were a lot of Latinas and mixed race girls. I love a club with diversity. Of course there were white girls there too. There was one Latin girl there that was twerking her ass the best I’ve ever seen someone twerk it. There were skinny girls, but there were also a few thicker girls there. Most girls looked in their 20’s. I saw a couple of girls that looked to be over 30.
