What happened to this place

i tried to visit on Sunday after 7:00 PM. Parking lot was basically flooded and nobody was there. By nobody I mean the doors were locked and there was not a single car in the parking lot. I looked for a sign and called their number but it went to some sort of carrier based try again thing. Anyone know what happened to this place?
