Cheers with Extras

This seems to be a club for regulars. There is seating on three sides of a low stage, as well as additional seating on a platform behind the stage. The dancers generally sit around he horseshoe bar, when not dancing. When I first came to this club as a newcomer, I was made to feel welcome, but it was obvious that many of the dancers as well as the customers had been here for many years.Think “Cheers with Extras.” The dancers were shure that I understood that the $20 dances were a full 4 minutes, and the VIP. Was not only reasonably priced, but would also seriously exceed my expectations. They were absolutely right. This may be the best adult entertainment value in the state.

Today's news is that one of the long-time favorite dancers, Sandy, is gone. I do not know any of the circumstances surrounding her departure, but I know many of us wish her well and will miss her. She was always pleasant, helpful and a heck of a lot of fun. I always thought of her as the unofficial Mayor of DDTR. Make no mistake, this club is still definitely worth a visit, but it ain't the same. That having been said a number of the other dancers are happy to share the same level of hospitality and customer care. Some are older, some younger. It is easy to find one that is appealing.

FYI, rumor has it that Sandy has moved up the road to South Amboy.
