Overpriced for what it is
This was my first time at centerfolds. I took an uber and brought my own beer. (It’s a byob place). I walked in a security was there to take a $25 cover which seemed steep. In front of me was a sort of odd shaped bar - I can’t exactly say a rectangle but close. The stage is in the middle of the bar and has a couple of poles and 2-3 girls dancing at a time. To the left was the communal lap dance area. Wrap around couch style.
After each girl danced they would do a tip walk from inside the bar. I was approached probably by 14 different girls for dances - it’s aggressive. I did three dances with three different girls. Typical NJ two way contact permissible. Dances were about 3-4 min long. Here’s where things get sketchy. My understanding is that dances are $30 each. But most of the girls try to say they are $40 and keep $10 as a tip. You pay the bouncer after the dance and if you give $40 he won’t give you the change he’ll give it to the girl - not a cool move.
Honestly I would choose another place. Can’t see why you’d choose to go here over a place like playhouse lounge, etc unless you’re just in the area. Very overpriced for what the place is. Lap dances have been rising in price in some areas lately which is annoying. If the place warrants it in other ways that’s one thing. Centerfolds however in my opinion, does not.
