I guess things have changed

So I used to live in the stone mountain area around 2000-2005. Back then I used to visit pinups frequently as it offered more bang for your buck than strokers down the road. I moved away to live with family in Trinidad for a while. Caribbean clubs are fun, women are gorgeous, but still didn't hold a candle to what atl offered. Anyway fast forward to 2016, moved back to the atl, now married with children and not really having the time to go to the club as I did before. Now it's March 2018 haven't been to a club in a long time and none since being back to Atlanta. Finally made my way to pinups, so you can imagine my excitement. I was actually surprised that the parking lot and club on the outside for the most remained similar to before. I've never actually worried about safety in the Parking area, and was happy to see that for the most part it was still calm. Now I didn't go at night so I'm not sure how it is at that time, but I was able to park, get in with out much hassle during the day. I was charged $10 at the door and found it odd, since it was still afternoon. But whatever wasnt about to let that stop the fun. I was too excited to really care. Layout inside was still really nice. Vip area seemed off limits or atleast it seemed that way as not one of the dancers working that day asked me. The main room was still pretty well lit imo. One girl dancing on the main stage that I sorta paid half attention to. I was really in there to get a chic with a phat ass to sit with me and do a couple of dances. Wasn't trying to go full fledge just yet as I'm now getting back to the scene. Wanted to sit down at the bar grab a drink, chill for a few minutes and then survey and talk to the girls thst walked by until I found the one or two that I liked. This would have been my ideal situation, but didn't happen. Now I know it's the afternoon and this is a new generation of dancers, but I sat at the bar for 10 minutes drinking my beer and was approached 0 times. There was on girl that was at the end of the table and had what seemed to be 0 interest in working that day. Finally after waiting, I got a little annoyed and decided to pull one. Now I'm not great with names, so I can't tell you what it is. All I can say is thst she was a 6-7/10 nice body fat ass, short hair. Was one of the better ones imo, at least while I was there. The dance was not great by any means. She put the ass on my lap every so often. Almost like she had it down to a routine. Sit, get up shake for a few seconds, turn around, turn back around, shake for a few seconds, then drop back in lap for few.... Rince and repeat until the song is done. Speaking of, the dj had a seriously annoying habbit of mixing out the last bit of the song shortening the dances. Now I know this is bargain, but can't really get a rapport up with a dancer to at least buy more dances when I'm constantly trying to figure out where one track ends and the other begins. After I believe 4 dances, or at least that is what I was told... Who knows, I decided to move into another dancer. Yet again sat, and was not approached. Finished my second beer, and decided to call it. Was it a bad trip? No and yes. No because it still brought me back out to the Atlanta scene, and I plan on going to other clubs again. I definitely want to check out the ones on FIB, and also club blaze. Yes because it seemed the girls were lazy and me being there was actually annoying to them. Not a good feeling when I'm trying to spend money. Do not think I'll visit pinups anytime soon, at least not in the day time, which is unfortunate because that's when I like to go.
