Downhill from 10 years ago

First, a tangent on nostalgia... used to be my favorite club anywhere, not just in MA. There were higher mileage clubs in RI (especially back then) but at Mario’s the quality of both the girls and the club was superb.

Friday was my first visit at least a few years and I was looking forward to it a great deal, but when I walked into the room I was taking a back and how ghetto everything was. Lots of girls but the most ghetto looking girls I’ve seen at Mario’s ever. Some cuties too, but overall just a really different group.

The layout seems to be different. Where there were tables there are now couches with most of the girls hanging out by themselves with their backs to customers. I never understand girls that do this, when they don’t want to do dances or interact with customers. Why be a stripper to make $5 a set dancing on the main stage?? (and this was easily 2/3 of the girls in the club from 10 PM to 1 AM) my experience is that this happens when the dancers have “managers” in the audience and only at *really* ghetto clubs.
