Recap of 3 visits -- I'll be back for more

I haven't been to Kittens since they first opened up few years back. I went in then to check it out and it was like getting dances at a Costco: huge open space, way too fucking bright, freezing cold, and few dancers on. The couches were raised and low back at the back of the room, like getting dances on display.

I finally went back last month to check it out and see if things had changed. I was pleasantly surprised. They've remodeled and the main room is quite a bit smaller (although still large and high ceilings) and the lighting is darker in the room and focused on the 2 stages. They added a VIP area (who fucking cares?) and more importantly, the couch dance area is darker and much more secluded.

First visit was on a Friday night around midnight. It was pretty busy and 20+ girls working. There was a range of dancers to suit your fancy, from spinners to chunky, white, asian, AA. The first 20 minutes was the endless parade of 'hey you wanna dance' once or twice a song. My mistake, I picked a seat on the main traffic aisle, easy pickings. There was one interesting spiel: "So, I'll let you know up front, I'm full service. My dances are just foreplay...." I was already waiting for a dancer to come off stage so passed--mistake #2 for the night in retrospect. (can't remember her name and been keeping an eye out since.) Wound up getting a few dances from a couple different ladies that varied in mileage. I'm typically not looking for full-service, just some mutual contact, and it was a hands-free-to-roam zone.
