I just don't get it...

Now, to be fair, I didn't check reviews before coming here - it was a last minute turn-off-the-highway kind of decision but I was on a road trip with some buddies and it seemed like a good idea, since we were going to crash locally. We even talked thru what if one of us got takeout, etc.

Now, we're from NYC and are used to Manhattan clubs, past and present, and by past I mean I remember going to the Harmony - and we've all been to Vics in NJ.

So we find this place, pay $20 cover and head in. It's kind of huge, well set up, and the kind of club, with an interesting stage shape, lots of seating, etc. where you could have a good time if the vibe was right. That vibe would have to be "jumpin", a club with a pulse, lots of action.
