Now this being Utica, I did not expect much. I got less and happy when my time was up and it was time to leave.

I have seen better just on the street of Rome, NY. Was easy to get to but I would not waste time here. Not sure where to go. Perhaps as far west (Niagara Falls, Canada) as possible.
