Its a sad state of affairs here...
Just like Forest said, life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get. Unless of course you visit this place. In that case, you do know, or at least should know. But, as it's the only place in upstate Central NY, sometimes you get desperate.
Being desperate, I gave this place another try on a random Saturday night a few weeks ago. Very discrete looking, so at least there's that. You walk in, pay the $10 cover at the bar to some 90 year grumpy as hell barkeep. They make you buy one non-alcoholic drink as well. No booze served here. Unfortunately, that's probably the highlight. I counted about 5 woman working, and not to be critical of anyone, they were all either noticeably overweight or your grandma's age. Maybe it was the night I was there, but wouldn't the top of the line be working on a Saturday night at 10:30?
There are plenty of places to sit, whether its at the bar, around this wooden stage they looks like chicken coop, or at any of the numerous tables. There is a pool table in the back, which is near the private lapdance rooms. These rooms have heavy curtains over the entrances which completely block any pepping Toms.
Given the quality of the talent, I didn't bother getting a dance. And the woman working seem to be tied up with regulars to boot. I believe its only $10 a a dance, which is paid to the bartender before going in the room.
Overall, I would say you're wasting your time ever going here.
Oh, and be warned, you'll stink like cig smoke when you leave, as that law doesn't seem to apply here.
