Kit Kat

It seems to me that Portland has two types of clubs, the ones that focus on a great stage show and the ones that focus more on private dances. In my opinion Kit Kat is the best of the first category. The talented girls here put on some really elaborate well choreographed stage shows complete with costumes and props, more burlesque then just stripping. When I'm in the mood to just sit and watch, this is where I go. Outside the stage shows the girls tend not to circulate much, they tend to hang out in the dressing room and the few private dances I have gotten here have been more the sit on your hands variety.

The club is on the smaller side, and the setup makes it feel even smaller, but it has two stages. It's downtown, so parking can be a hassle depending on how early you go, and it has a bathroom attendant which is a con for me cause it's one more person to tip. Overall I like this place to just sit back and watch some top notch entertainment, when I want more interactive entertainment I go elsewhere. It's cheaper for me here because I don't get private dances, just some beer and stage tips.
