The Chicago Club in downtown Tijuana is all right but not exceptional. There were not a lot of dancers in the club, but the ones I saw looked pretty good. The average was a 7. They were all Latinas, of course.

The club was clean and seemed safe. It was not a gangster hangout. The beers were $4 and I had a free coupon for a beer which they had been handing out on the street. However, I would not spend much time here when Hong Kong is less than two blocks away.
