Night and day is like... Well, Night and Day!
Been coming here for years. Started out with mostly night visits with, well mixed results. Tried out the day shift once, and never turned back. For every 10 visits during the day, I may do one at night, and am usually disappointed. Heard plenty of stories from night girls that switched to days about bad pushy management, and the vibe at night always seems to confirm those.
About a month ago, it was about time for my yearly night visit to see if anything had changed, hoping for the better. Whoa boy was I in for a surprise. Was greeted in the parking lot by some guy in a thrift store suit, a "hype-man" of sorts? Okay, weird... Go on in. Cover is now $20, thinking umm, what are you guys up to? Notice the newish (year or so old) price stickers on the tables are gone and thinking something has to be up. Greeted in the normal manner by a dancer with the usual drink offer, I grab a water. She (don't remember her name, and I'm not there enough at night to get to know them) sits back down, gets friendly and I ask what the scoop is. She hits me with $150 for 15 mins (or 300/30) in the back booths, which now had some kinda drapes going on, or $25 a song in the side area. Not very impressed at this point. Since I usually get the half hour set during the day, and I'm curious, I went for the 15 min dance. The curtains are a nice touch, but likely since I've never danced with her before, I'm not getting any better experience than during the day. Worse actually. after my unimpressive 15 mins was over, I headed out vowing not to return for at least a year at night, or until I hear the new model is scrapped.
Reading other reviews here, I'll have to visit a day shift again as it sounds like things are the same. I will go soon to see if maybe the curtains are still up for day shifts. Might add a bit of a different vibe.
