Look, but don't touch
Visited Emerald City at about 8 PM on a Tuesday. It's a nude club, with no alcohol, but right next door there's a full bar where the dancers will hang out in shorts and tight shirts -- no clothing removed at all. They give you a reentry wristband so you can leave the nude club to go have a drink. Prices at the bar are in line with what you'd expect to pay at any non-strip club bar.
In the alcohol bar, there's a pool table, a small stage (which seems to go completely unused), and an area where you can get a clothed lap dance, but there's no privacy at all.
In the nude club, there's a giant central stage with seating around it, a pool table, a couple of lounge chairs, and a bar serving soft drinks. I popped down into one of the lounge chairs to take in the scene, and a dancer sat with me to chill and chat. It wasn't terribly busy, as the club opens at 7, and the noise level was low enough that conversation was pretty easy. They offer lap dances in the next-door bar, or no-touch private nude dances in the nude club, though you have to pay for a wristband to go upstairs for it, as the club would send a bouncer upstairs with us (though we could be fairly far away from him).
All the dancers who got on stage danced nude for at least 2 of their 3 song set. There were none below a 5 in my eyes, and the general range was 6-8. The dancer I was talking to probably was at the top of the range -- she was tall, curvy, and well made up. I left my spot to make sure to tip the dancers I watched on stage, and the dancer I was talking with came up with me; at one point she encouraged me to sit at the rail, as she would be up next. When she got on stage, she danced as close to me as she could be without touching, making sure I got a good view of everything there was to see.
When she got off the stage, she encouraged me to head back to the lounge area, and we negotiated a private dance in the nude club (initially, she wanted to go to the bar with alcohol, but I wasn't interested in being ground on by a clothed dancer). Essentially, I agreed with her "here's $x, make sure to take a tip out of it for yourself, and dance for me until it's otherwise gone." The VIP dance was basically the same as the stage dance, she was just on a small stage in front of me, not high up, and dancing only for me and no other PL's. Surprisingly, it seemed that my up-front payment lasted longer than it would have if she were dancing for me on stage -- she wasn't greedy, and was plenty happy to chill and let me see the sights.
At no time were any extras discussed or offered, and I suspect that aside from OTC there's nothing like that possible here, so don't come here looking for extras.
Would I come back? Honestly, if you prefer to look and don't care about touching, it's good. The lighting is good, the stage is cool, the dancers are pretty. However, if you want the feeling of a hot half-naked girl grinding on you in private, give it a pass. Overall, this is a club that benefits from being the only game in town -- If you're in Port Charlotte, unless you want to drive 50 miles south to a topless club in Fort Myers, or 50 miles up to Sarasota, this is all there is.
