It's Still There

Players Club isn’t open on Mondays, so I decided to trek up to Middle River and see if London was tending bar like some other reviewer said. Back when she was a dancer (most recently at the Wheel) it was always fun, so why not see what she was up to?

Was she there? No. But the club’s still there. What else was there was one dancer on stage (the doorman said he had about six total) doing her best but the place was pretty dead. More guys were shooting pool than watching her dance. She was a bit of an older dancer, but had some nice cans so I tipped her a couple of bucks before walking out. And walk out I did. Quickly.

I’ll inevitably drop in again to see if it’s gotten any better, but this place hasn’t been particularly good in years.
