Pleasantly Surprised

Backstory:

So, I had planned to go to the Playhouse Lounge on Saturday afternoon until a friend of mine asked me to hang out in Bethlehem. As I am slowly trying to convert him into being a regular SC buddy of mine, I made sure to mention that I was canceling plans to go to a SC, which put the thought in his mind. While hitting up some bars, he started to question if I had been planning to go to a SC by myself and I said yes; that I had been doing so for the past 16 months or so since discovering TUSCL and that I was in the process of checking out supposed high extras clubs in our region. He seemed both intrigued and put off by the idea at the same time, but it got him to say “Let’s go to Platinum Plus” (PP), which is 3 miles from his house, so off to Wawa we go to hit up the ATM.

Now, I knew going into PP that it was not a high mileage club anymore. It got busted 3 or 4 years ago, but it was a club I had never been to so I was down to check it out. The funny thing is, my buddy said that he has been there a dozen or so times over the years with other friends of his and had NEVER enjoyed the girls at the club; to the point where he would go and sit with his one leg horizontally crossed over the other in order to discourage girls from coming over to him. He said the hottest girls were 5’s at best.
