Traveling from MD to PA on 95, thought I'd try to let traffic pass and miss rush hour. Place looks closed on outside. Bouncer wanded me on the way in, not a good sign but not unheard of. Sat @ the bar seemed like it used to be a better place but is experiencing hard times.
