Too early
I had an hour to kill at the Springfield train station, so I thought I'd see if this place had finally reopened. It had, but ------
Arrived just after 4 pm. That was not a good choice. The club doesn't open until 4 o'clock (and that tells you how bad things are getting in the downtown Springfield strip clubs, because they used to open for noon and get a healthy number of customers. And the dancers hadn't even arrived yet - or at least weren't on stage. Bartender couldn't/wouldn't say how many dancers there'd be or when they would start. So I left for the MG (but didn't end up with enough time to do more than look around, see it was a slow day, and head back for my train. So no review there.)
Good signs: the club was clean, well-decorated, not horribly lighted, and the barstools weren't filled with overweight not-really-dancers trying to hassle you for cash. Stage are looked nice if a little small, on first impression. As I was leaving, a couple of more-than-decent looking Black girls came in. One said it was usually busier than that, and I should stick around for her. But I didn't have that much time to waste.
