Pleasantly Surprised

I'm from the West coast, and was in St Louis for work. I was looking for something to do, and my coworker and I found out there are no strip bars in Missouri, so we ended up taking a taxi here. Full disclosure, I'm asian, and there aren't too many Asians in this part of the world. Reason I'm mentioning it is, once I walked in, every worker could tell I wasn't from the area and attempted to have a chat with me that night.

Possibly because they're smart enough to realize I wouldn't be in town unless it was for work, which could mean I do pretty well and have money, just a hypothesis. Regardless, the girls were great, and quite a few good looking ones that night. Everyone was friendly, including the bartenders, and even threw in for a couple lap dances. They had an unusual system (pay to get a wristband that allows you in the private dance area, then pay per dance on top of that) that seemed a bit unnecessary looking back, but I was enjoying myself that night, so it didn't bother me too much.

Club stayed open til about 4am, and things were fine until the cops came in to force the patrons out. The cops could have been a lot less asshole-y, but that's not the clubs fault. All in all, I wouldn't mind returning if I'm back in the area.
