Best Daytime Club in Fayetteville

Alright, this is the first real review of the Drunk Horse Pub in Fayetteville. Before we get to what I found there, perhaps some history is in order. For those PL's who can remember far enough, Mickey's on Bragg Blvd. used to be the BEST afternoon strip joint. Unfortunately, TUSCL took down all the old reviews since it closed back in 2015, so those who don't know will never know.

It was ideal. Small club with a excellent stage (just at the right height for those wishing to stand and tip), you could see everything no matter where you sat. The LD area was in a side room with four couches giving a decent sense of privacy. The girls were generally good looking and gave spirited dances for the most part. The bar and dancers were tended by Misty who has been a F-ville strip club institution for at least the 25 years I have been going to clubs here.

After the closing of Mickey's, Misty and Co. brought the Mickey's experience to Sharkey's Caberet during the day. Same girls, same dance prices, same fun. Okay there was an occasional hassle for the $1 membership fee if Misty was working the bar, but other than that is was very familiar. Given the success of that new day shift, it seems only natural that the Sharkey's ownership decided to change the terms of their relationship with Mickey. So with that, the Mickey's crew sought a new home.
