Slow Friday afternoon

I pulled into Sparky's on a Friday afternoon, walked through the metal detector which beeped, but that only lets the guy at the register know you are coming in. Four dollar cover, tip the man a $1. They do scan your ID.

The layout: when you walk in there are two pool tables to your left, the bar on your left, straight ahead is a pole with a very small spot for a dancer to stand and wiggle, back wall is the bathroom (nasty), to your right is a row of cubbies for private dances, middle right is the main stage (rarely was in use while I was there and no one took anything off), and then on the far wall two private dance booths with saloon style doors (new change, previously had curtains). Not much privacy with the new doors.

There's a TV in the back right corner that was play Spectrum News with the audio turned up. Yeah, I guess they'll do anything to lively up the place.
