The Strip Club of Beaver County

Who can resist going to a strip club in Beaver County? I was traveling and staying overnight in the area so I stopped by on a Friday night. The club is in a rural area a few miles north of Turpin KS and just south of the Kansas/Oklahoma border. It is a few miles south of Liberal, KS. Another great name, huh? I suppose in that rural location there are fewer neighbors to complain and less law enforcement agencies to contend with. The area is safe.

The club is easy to find on the west side of Highway 83/270. There is ample parking and the club is larger and a bit better lit than I expected. It was clean. Cover was $7. There is a large stage in the back of the club and a smaller one off to the side in a raised area of the club. There is a bar and drinks are reasonably priced and served by friendly waitresses. It is wine and beer only from what I could tell, but I only had a soft drink, which was $3. There are two rooms for private dances, a small one off to the side by the second stage and a larger one just next to the door. Dancers danced two sets, topless during the second set, but if you tipped at the stage, most would topless during the first dance.

There weren’t many customers when I arrived and only a handful more came during my time there. There were about 8 dancers there, including four or five african-americans and a latina. There were no real lookers there, but the dancers for the most part were attractive and all that I interacted with were friendly. Depending on the dancer, you could get a good show at the stage and perhaps even a touch or two, depending on the dancer. Some were more generous than others and one or two were pretty strict. There seemed to be no attempt to hide this. It is worth a dollar to find out, but you can also observe and find out where your money is best spent. Most of the dancers come from Wichita and stay in Liberal.
