Ambush ahead and no place to hang out

I popped in after another dud of a visit to Hungry I across the street. Strike two Hungry I. I wanted to check out a new club so my choices were Centerfolds, Little Darlings, or Garden of Eden. Given the recent fraud allegations against Centerforlds and Little Darlings (and the buxome ladies hanging out by the door) I chose the Garden of Eden. And soon as I walked through the door I was face to face with a lineup of dancers waiting to pounce on the entering patrons and give them the 'free tour'. A (silicon) stacked Asian woman took me into one of the dance cubicles and quite frankly explained what was on offer (sorry, I don't remember the specific figures at the moment, but I do recall that the basic fees were clearly posted on the walls of the main stage area). I wasn't quite ready to hop on into things, and the dancer who nabbed me wasn't quite my type, so I headed back toward the stage area and grabbed a seat against the wall. This place is pretty small. There isn't a whole lot of room to hang out. There are a few chairs directly adjacent to the smallish stage and a row against the wall, but that's it. A couple dancers came by to try to entice me but I refrained as they were on the low end of the girls present that night. If I was going to get a dance there were a couple ladies I had in mind. Unfortunately these ladies were either preoccupied with hanging out front or back in their dressing rooms because the only appearance they made in the main club area was to walk through on their way to grab a jacket or cigarettes from the back. All in all not very engaging but at least I didn't spend much while I was there.

Appearance-wise this place is similar to the other mid-tier Broadway clubs. It puts me in a mind of Hungry I, just a bit smaller and less lively once you are inside (ironic as it projects a better image from the street).
