The same as it ever was
I went to Anthonys after finding Springfield to be listless at all three clubs in town. Upon entry, the bouncer declined to charge a cover, which was different from other visits. I soon found out why, the bar was deader than dead. About three dancers and five customers. I was hoping there might be more dancers in the back.
I sat at the bar to nurse a beer so as to see how things evolved at Anthonys, which they didn't. There was one guy sitting at the stage, there was one guy sitting away from the stage so as to not have to tip. There were two guys sitting at the bar, both with dancers who seemed to know them as regulars, and were engaging in conversation with them - not letting them go.
That left one dancer on stage, one bartender, the bouncers and me. I waiting for about fifteen minutes, and no dancers appeared from the back. So I went to the stage, the dancer smiled at me, I threw her a couple of bucks, and caught a vicious whiff of a very stinky pussy. I'm not sure what was going on up there, but man oh man. She wanted to go in the back for a lap dance, but there was no way I was getting any closer to that, so I politely declined, went back to the bar, and after another five minutes left. The reasons were no other dancers appeared, and it was obvious that once the one on stage got done, she would come over to try to work me. I didn't want to get involved with whatever was happening with her.
