Been going to Oasis on and off for 15+ years. Used to always be a day shift customer, but have been coming in during the evenings to watch basketball games and hangout with the dancers.

My favorite time to come in is around 6pm. You avoid the $10 cover that starts at 7pm, it is usually easy to find a seat at a table or the bar, and you get to see the day shift girls before they leave. If some of them haven't been very busy, you can get some very interesting VIP offers. My luck with the level of naughtiness you can get in VIP has always been better with dayshift dancers. You can also grab some food off the free buffet. Just don't start a CC tab yet, cause bartenders and waitresses change shift at 7pm and they will make you close one tab and open a new one.

Night shift dancers start coming in at 8pm. There is always a big variety in terms of looks, ethnicity, chattiness, and naughtiness, so you should find someone you like. Yellow wristbands mean they are not drinking, which usually means they are under 21. My experience has been the under 21 dancers are not as friendly/naughty.
