A Night Out

It's been a while since I've been to this Dreamgirls location so I thought a visit was in order. It was a chilly night in Seattle and I got there late on a Friday night. The parking lot wasn't full but wasn't empty either. Paid the cover and went headed to the main room. As I was walking in I saw a few familiar faces even though it had been months since my last visit. I still think this is one of the better looking clubs on the inside as it has been kept up very well since its former glory days. Although there were the familiar faces, there were more new dancers and waitresses that I did not recognize. I found an spot on the opposite side of the room nearer the smaller stage and had a vantage point where I could see both stages and the entire room. It wasn't long before M**** came by. We chatted for a bit before she asked if I wanted to head to the VIP room, but I told her not at that moment. They had the 'house' dance before too long and had the parade of dancers on the main stage. Great way to see the talent working that night, but I never partake in the 'special' as it really isn't a deal. Besides, I think the girls all have to give a portion of the money to the club so they don't receive the full benefit of the dance. It was a good mix of girls on this Friday night but I've been here on a weeknight when the talent level and variety wasn't as good. Noticed a newer slim blonde who I made eye contact with and she came over to introduce herself (hate to admit but I forgot her name). She was actually a bit on the shy side, but seemed at ease chatting with me. After a while we ended up in the back for a few dances but they were just meh. Reconnected with M**** and ended up hanging out with her the rest of my time there. Good times.
