Tons of strippers around the club, socialable too!

I visited the club on a Friday night, about 10:30-11:30pm and it wasn't "packed," but it was very pleasantly full, with enough room to navigate around without having to get pushy. One of the first things that caught my eye was that there were about 10-15 women (strippers) mingling with the audience/crowd. Some were just going between groups or singles, while a few seemed to know a couple of people/groups (probably regulars). I was a little disappointed there was only one of the three (or more?) poles active with a dancer, I thought on a Friday night there would be at least two dancers at the same time, but that was more than made up for by the amount of dancers that weren't hidden in the back, avoiding the audience, or worse, being aggressive about getting private dances.

After I had my drink from the bartender, one of the dancers came up to me and introduced herself as Mercedes, a cute, tall and thin redhead with a nice small bikini on. She was very flirty and comfortable, which was a huge positive, and even though I hadn't made any moves to attract a dancer or get attention, she had come up to me and started the conversation. After talking for a few minutes and offering to get her a drink (water, another surprise!), I suggested we watch a couple of the strippers perform. We both took a front seat and when I asked her the names of some of the other ladies, particularly who we were watching she didn't know, she told me it was her second night performing at Union Jack's (surprise 3). I gave her $40 in ones had $40 myself in ones, and we watched probably 5-6 dancers and we'd both tip them. We had a good time talking about pole dancing, burlesque dancing, and judging the difficulty of the different dancers sets or pole skills, it was a lot of fun and while I held no pretenses of why she was spending time with me, she did a great job of trying to keep that from being apparent. The way the other girls in the crowd seemed looked like they were also really enjoying themselves and enjoyed where they were working and the clientele there too.

Unfortunately, I didn't realize my friends had decided to meet at another club as I had missed my texted earlier, and just before 11:30 I checked my phone again and realized I was at the wrong place. I tipped Mercedes the rest of the ones I had and had her keep the rest of the ones she had (probably about ~$20 in total) as a thank you for her time with me. I left the club thinking "I've got to come back here and see if it's always this well staffed and has such happy and enthusaistic dancers"
