Even the Mighty Fall
I came here last Thursday night. I'm familiar with the area. The club is one block from city hall. Behind city hall there is free parking, if you're willing to walk a block. That's what I did. There's parking garages all over Baltimore street if your weary of the area. For a while it looked like this club was making a comeback. I had remembered seeing flyers for guest dancers a couple months back. I also figured that since club lust and club kings and diamonds closed that all the best dancers would come here. I was wrong. First they were asking for a 5 dollar cover charge. I'm typically not willing to pay a cover charge at any club in Baltimore other than Norma jeans. But this time I made an exception. The layout of the club is dark but there's space. The quality of dancers was low. There was about 7-10 women and none impressed me. Only one was attractive but she wasn't thick enough for me. I tried to stay and have one drink. I Ordered a Hennessy and coke and it was $11 plus tip. Worst part about it, is that it tasted like they have been cutting their liquor. I've been drinking Hennessy my whole life, I know the difference. I waited about 20 minutes to see if any better looking dancers would come out and they didn't. I left and walked across the street to Norma jeans which didn't disappoint.
