Too early?

Working in Toledo so decided to check out this place since it was on the way to my hotel. Came by around 6:30. There was only 1 girl working and she was just sitting with the bartender and not talking to anybody. There were 2 other customers in the joint sitting alone on a table. Grabbed a drink and decided to hang out to see if the evening shift were coming in. Waited for about an hour and no new girls came in. Decided to cut my losses and leave. Perhaps I came too early. I have been here in the past when plenty of girls were working but that was later in the evening.
