A place in transition...
First - a useful tip. Most reviews mention the free limo service, which gets you entry without cover, but costs you a tip for the driver. The one downside of using the limo is you have to coordinate the pickup time, location, etc. On this occasion, I was able to take a taxi and still get free admission by requesting to be added to the guest list. The taxi drops you at the VIP entrance (and the driver doesn't get the commission from the club - thus no cover). This can also work if you call ahead and drive yourself, but of course you need to get home safely too. Coming through the VIP entrance also improves your changes of being seated on busy nights.
When I visited, the "new" part of the club had opened within the past week, while about half of the old club was shut down (if you know the layout, the main stage area and nearby small bar were open, but the area towards the back with the larger bar and secondary stages were now closed). The two wings of the club are joined by a narrow hallway. On a packed Vegas Saturday, this layout was simply terrible; it was virtually impossible for any circulation of people (patrons or dancers) and the only bathrooms were in the back corner of the new area (both sets of bathrooms in the "old" section were out of service). Even once the refurbishment of the old area is finished, I can't see how the flow of the club is going to improve; it will probably be more like two attached clubs than a single one. This is bad news for someone like me who scopes out a lot of the talent before picking a girl or two to spend on, and the layout will be another reason to avoid this club on Friday and Saturday nights (and big conventions). I certain would recommend visiting on quieter nights instead (or even during the late afternoon). Lastly, I didn't notice anything particularly innovative about the setup of the new half; it was basically a typical high end club (although I didn't visit any of the VIP areas). Nice to be sure, but not more than that.
All that said, the girls are still among the hottest you'll find. 7 to 9 mostly, with moderate hustle, and all different shapes, races, and attitudes. As everyone mentions, this is an expensive club, so no need to belabor the point. Come prepared: bring cash, but also know how to politely but firmly decline when you aren't interested.
