I hadn't been to this club in a while and decided to stop while in Springfield on business. It was later on a weekday afternoon. The club sits in a business/residential neighborhood off of Stephenson Drive. It's not a bad location and I've never been leery of going there, day or night. It's in an old theater building. The club was remodeled some years ago and seems to be holding up well. You enter into the Love Boutique area of the store and, to the right of the counter, is a hallway that leads to the club. There's a window to pay the cover as soon as you enter the hall. To get a wristband which entitles you to get dances, is $15 during the day and $20 at night. Dances prices are 2/$20 topless, 2/$30 nude, 2$50 nude in a bed, $75/15 minutes, $150/half hour, $300/hour. After you pay, take a couple steps down the hall and turn left and go down another short hallway to the club. The bar is immediately to the right on the upper level. There are a few tables on the upper level in front of the bar and a larger area with a lot more tables on the left side of the club. The VIP and private dance areas are on another level (a couple of steps up) behind this area. There's a rail in front and, down a couple of steps, there's an elevated stage with a tip rail on 3 sides, and more tables. The club apears to be fairly clean and doesn't smell like smoke. Wednesday night is amateur night. The severity depends on the waitress, but they hustle you to buy drinks for the girls. $5 for a small drink and $10 for a large.

The day I was there, there were about 6 girls working. Some good, some not so good. The bartender was very attractive and I talked to her for while (She told me her sister dances there onnight shift.) I only recognized 1 of the dancers and she came over to talk to me.. She said if I wanted to do one of the VIP room dances, she could add 15 minutes to the half hour or hour at no charge. It was slow that day and I don't think that's the norm. There always appears to be quite a bit of turnover at this club. It probably does't help that it's a juice bar. The girl I was talking to mentioned 3 of the 6 that were there had only been there a couple of weeks and that several had left or were leaving soon. I didn't notice right away, but the upper seating area left of the bar was roped off. I asked why and was told that area was now only open when they're pretty busy. So, the only available seating is at the bar, the few tables directly in front of the bar, or on the lower level. I'd estimate 40% of the seating is roped off unless they're "busy". I asked how often it's been opened and she said the could only remember one time on a weekend night. She did say if someone was spending a fair amount of money, they were allowed to sit there. One new thing I learned, if you're sitting at the bar, the girls aren't allowed to approach you unless you call them over.

In the past, I've had some good and some not so good times here. The girls I've had the best times with no longer work there. They've moved on to the St. Louis clubs where, I imagine, the potential to make $ is much greater. There are cameras monitoring all areas of the club, although with the right girl, two-way contact, and more, in the VIP rooms is available. I've had OTC offers in this club before, just not with anyone I was interested in. There are a couple of night shift girls that are worth the time.
