I've read other reviews about Wise Guys, but hadn't been before. My usual WP visits are to Dollies for some quick service and then back on my way. I decided to give Wise Guys a try based on what others have said. I liked the fact that the parking lot was fenced in and a doorman appeared to be watching over it. I went in and, when my eyes adjusted from the sunlight to the dark room, looked around. There's a bar to the right, a small stage with a pole to the left, and the rest of the room has the usual tables and some couches around the perimeter. There was an area that appeared to be set up as a type of a lounge with a TV past the bar, but I didn't venture that far or get a very good look at it.

I sat down and ordered a beer. The bartender said it would be $9 for the beer and the door fee. I'm not sure how much either one was and didn't ask. I'd just taken a seat at the bar next to a dancer who was "engaged" with a customer. There was a dancer sitting in the aforementioned lounge area, and two at the end of the bar, smoking and playing with their phones. A couple others wandered back and forth between the bar area and what I assumed was the dressing room. One at a time, the two at the end of the bar approached and asked if I wanted company. I politely declined, sayng I wanted to enjoy my beer and get the lay of the land. I told both I hadn't been there before.

i was about halfway through my beer when the one from the lounge area came over. She asked if i wanted company and explained the basic groundrules and layout of the club. There were two doors, locked, that were the VIP rooms. They were $50/half hour to the club + whatever was negotiated with your dancer of choice. She told me the "rules" were pretty liberal and that a full menu was available. I thanked her and said I'd think about it. She then went to take a turn on stage, as did two or three of the other dancers. None of them danced for more than one song, if that. After a trip to the dressing room she came back to keep me company at the bar. She was entertaining to say the least. Eventually, she got around to asking about spending some time in private. We agreed on a price and made our way to one of the VIP rooms for a little R&R. She was very accommodating. We talked for a bit as our time was about to run out and she made it known that OTC was available.
